The location is very convenient and it has everything you need for a few days.
The apartment has the necessary to spend a few days getting to know Madrid. It is a bit old but comfortable. The signal from the wireless is good. Has washing machine. The owner was very attentive and let us check out later. With the metro you can reach Sol in 20 minutes. Sheets and towels included. It features asupermarket 24 hours 200 meters from the place and some bars nearby.
Value for cash for the price. Owner friendly but only Spanish communication. Area is lively with loads of shopping possibilities i.e. Lidl and Carrefour just round the corner and big local food market. Great for metro-transport as line 1 is just outside (the main metro line). But 4 km. to the center (Sol), so a very long walk.
For the price, this place was all we could ask for. There was good Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, washing machine, kitchen and a nice shower. The metro station was also right outside the apartment.
Good location, close to metro, shops and cafes.
Nice clean and comfortable apartment, complete with all white goods, within walking distance of Alvarado and Cuatro Caminos metro stations, situated close to supermarkets and food joints.
The location is situated nearby to the metro which is convenient. The kitchen is very nice.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The employees were friendly and helpful. It was in a good location and a very good price.
everything was excelent.
Easy walk from the metro. Shower gels and shampoo were offered, as well as coffee. Wifi service was great. Host was very friendly.
near distance to Metro plus stadium
The main room was originally a living room and it has no blinds, so it is a bit uncomfortable if you are not used to sleeping with light. For 5 people it is a bit tight in my opinion if it is a long stay.
Is a 2 floor without elevator. Few cooking utensils. One of the bedrooms is a living room too, maybe needs darker curtains.
Bit shabby. Strange layout of apartment. Long narrow kitchen, No sitting room with sofa - only rooms with beds and the larger room with a table and 4 chairs. Not as clean as everybody will expect - especially kitchen. Beds are not very good.
The host was really friendly but could only speak Spanish so we had some trouble communicating. But otherwise there isn't much wrong.
Slightly noisy at night but not too bad
Found it slightly difficult to communicate with the host regarding directions to the apartment etc as she does not speak English very well. Front bedroom directly opposite a bar club, could hear loud music and people arguing late into morning which disturbed sleep. Apartment is situated on the 2nd floor in a block of flats and access is via steps, no lift available which may be slightly difficult for others like me with a young baby in a stroller as it meant carrying it up and down several times a day.
Well, when u are bathing, the hot water is not consistent. So, u need to adjust manually the hot water. Not big of a deal though.
-
no elevator and room is in 3th floor.
noise from the street
